Hurricane Ivan

By Remy Benoit

For those of you along the Gulf Coast, or even a bit north of it like us, Ivan is out there and headed somewhere along it.

A reminder to those who decide to evacuate, take your medicine with you!

Life is precious - whatever the "thing" is that you forgot if you leave, remember it is just that, a thing. It can't laugh, cry, or love. Keep perspective and do what needs doing.

From Weather Ivan Computer Models.

Prayers are a powerful force. Do send them to the Gulf and to those who have already been ravaged by this nasty storm.

UPDATE 4:30 PM We still don't know where Ivan is coming in. From here to Florida we are picking up, boarding up, and praying.

Blessings to all.

This is why we live here.
