Bread getting too expensive for you? Try Artisan bread.

By Remy Benoit

We make it every day, and yes, it truly takes five minutes the night before to set up. At Mother Earth News Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day.

Think about dollar stretching on those military and unemployed dollars with saving stock to make soup; drying garlic and onions; twice baking a potato and serving up with some herbs and sour cream. Make easy potato salads with mayo, celery seeds, salt and pepper. A little chicken, sausage, stock and rise and you have jambalaya.

We all get frustrated and aggravated at food prices, so it is time for some simple creativity~

One cup of those left over mashed potatoes and you are well on your way to delicious potato rolls.

And if you are a veteran and need help Unemployed Veterans Initiative. Unemployed veterans are twice as many as civilian unemployed. What does that say about us?
