Haven't they done enough damage on oh some many different fronts? Yes, this is a kind of battle front—their golden parachutes and the economic survival of the rest of us. Whatever bill is passed should also be retroactive to terms changed after people accepted the cards. How is it that you can't change things, but a bank can send you constant notes about changes to your agreement?
