Casualties in war are not just numbers. They are individual people with hopes, dreams, talents, loves that will never be realized. This Memorial was started by the parents of a soldier killed in Vietnam. It should bring home to you what the cost of a child killed in war means to those left behind. Tell your Congress, tell your President that our Veterans must have everything they need - now.
