More troops to be committed?

By Remy Benoit

From Andrew Gray, Reuters, at Truthout More US Troops Seen in Iraq by Summer.

From the AP at MSNBC McCainÂ’s sharp tongue: An Achilles heel? Arizona senatorÂ’s ire all too real; critics wary of hothead in White House. An uncontrolled temper can be a dangerous and destructive thing - something to consider.
Interestingly, also, I brought up this very concern in a conversation this morning - temper, temper - a good thing in the White House? Anyone remember the language and attitude of the Watergate tapes? Can we think of anyone else with this problem, and a lot of power, around now?

And, if you are just looking for something interesting to read, you will probably find something to your taste here at The Smart Set.

Let's go Down History Lane with A Review: The Smart Set: George Jean Nathan and H.L. Mencken by Thomas Quinn Curtiss.
