Democrats Having Problems Taking a Stand?

By Remy Benoit

From Arianna Huffington Democrats Need To Admit They Have A Problem: They Are Addicted to Backing Down.

Candidates are elected, or so it is supposed to be, to carry out, implement, the will of The People. Does D.C. remember that The People are "out there" watching them; that the economy is hurting; Veterans are not being properly cared for; the wars drag on interminably; and the nation watches with disgust the posturing and empty verbosity of those sent to carry out the demands of The People? The same is true of the candidates - all words, all about them - nothing of real meaning to The People. There comes a time when you have to take a stand - even in Congress. It is up to The People to let these people know that.
