Voices in Wartime

By Remy Benoit

This is a site to learn what war means.

This is a place to share your insight as to what war has meant to you.

Tell the truth; learn the truth; and consider the question as to why we are still so willing to sacrifice so many to the insatiable gods of war rather than work for a better way.

Consider the possibility that we do this because we separate us from them - both the soldiers we send and the enemy of the times. All are human - with human needs - more attention to those needs just might mean less war.

More accountability on the part of leaders, just might mean less war.

Some things to think about over that barbecue that so many have died, or been disabled, in wars to protect your right to, and enjoyment of.
