From the AP at MSNBC Miss. towns torn on rebuilding or reinventing Coastal areas have blank canvas, but lack both funds and shared vision.

There is something seriously wrong here if we cannot rebuild our own country. We need to think about all the things we are not doing - and their long range consequences.
