I have to ask, what about insufficient training;
what about insufficient matériel;what about relief time? Maybe with those, maybe with an exit plan, there would be less injuries.

The President is the head of "the system," as Max Cleland pointed out so well on "The Situation Room" with Wolf Blitzer. The casualties continue, each and everyday. It is time for a time line, and
accountability. This is no time for passing the buck. You cannot morally legitimize making Veterans without plans for caring for them. It is just plain wrong.
