Dr. Waelde is a: clinical psychologist & meditation teacher noted researcher in the area of yoga and meditation Associate Professor, Pacific Graduate School of Psychology Consulting Assoc. Professor, Stanford Univ. School of Medicine native New Orleanian who knows how to make this fun & easy!
