Down History Lane - Vietnam War

When I "borrowed" a high school class for student knowledge of the Vietnam War for Loving, 98% of the 10th graders knew nothing of the war except perhaps from Forrest Gump.

We cannot learn from our history if we do not teach it, learn it. From just about a year ago, U.S. News and Michael A. Fuoco, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Vietnam's lost lessons War that ended 30 years ago still missing in most school curricula.

Perhaps if you served in the green, you might want to contact your local schools and find out if its lessons are being taught. From what the young people told me, they want to know. Help them with that.
