Well, it is April. Hurricane season starts the first of June. Half of New Orleans is still in the dark, the levees aren't fixed yet to anywhere near what is needed, but hey, from the AP and MSNBC New Orleans postal system back on track.

Also from the AP and MSNBC New FEMA Katrina report points to old failures.

But as our ads say, "WE ARE LOUISIANA," and we are coming back!
