I recall, during the endless radio talks in Katrina's aftermath, when cable was down, computers down, power down, that the President of Jefferson Parrish, Aaron Broussard, said that when Christmas came, no matter what you were living in, you should hang those lights to show our spunk, our faith in our states, cities, and coastlines so ravaged by the storm. From MSNBC "Katrina...can't take Christmas.".
