With all due respect to Senator Kerry, we have a Constitution that specifically gives only Congress the right to declare war. Even if the information given was incorrect, it was/is incumbent on said Congress to take the time to get the facts. And then it is the responsibility of said Congress to formulate a declaration of war if it is necessitated. Perhaps we need, on a number of levels, to pay attention to our Constitution. Perhaps if we did we could save lives,protect our rights, our economy, and our way of life.
