By Remy Benoit

From the St. Petersburg Times and Mary Spicuzza 'Over my dead body'.

From the St. Petersburg Times Opinion, a Korean Vet speaks Post-traumatic stress disorder needs to be taken seriously. Another reader asks that we keep focusing on the war's impact.

If you need help, please go to the links section here and you will find several places that will help you. What you are facing is serious; there is no shame in asking for help for what being in a war zone has done to you. PTSD, battle fatigue, soldier's heart, shell shock run all through history. You are not alone in suffering with this. You can and should get help, for your own sake, and for the sake of your loved ones. Go for it and ask for help. You have earned help and there is no disgrace, no weakness, in asking for it. It is your right to get help. If you need help finding help, hit Feedback, and we will help you get connected. And, thank you for your service. Blessings, Remy
