Remy's other writings

Those of us who are old enough remember the voice of hope in the midst of the chaos of the '60's from Gene Roddenberry who now sleeps with the stars.

For many of us, Kirk, Spock, McCoy, Scotty, and Jean Luc are a kind of "extended family" of hope for our planet. We watched Data learn what it means to be human. We are all still learning that.

We learned that resistance to what is intrinsically wrong is NOT FUTILE.

Enterprise is due to be cancelled by the Sci Fi Channel in May. Fans are not pleased about that.
Trekkies fight end of 'Enterprise'.

Perhaps we need to continue "to go where no one has gone before." Perhaps if we continue the dream, one day we may just catch up with our own vision of what we can be.

So, if you believe that we should "TREK ON" let the Sci Fi Channel know it, and "Make it so."

We really don't need to hear about the show that "Jim, it's dead."

Reach for the stars, and TREK ON!!
